The Big Diet
I promise that pictures of the vacation are coming. I am going grocery shopping today. I am beginning my diet this week. I am so scared. I'm not afraid that I won't be able to do it per se, but that I won't know how. Does that make any sense? I'm not very knowledgeable about what I'm supposed to eat for every meal. I need food that fills me up or I'll end up aggravated and then just splurging. I've joined WeIgHt WatChErS online and I'm probably going to go to the meetings and things like that. I'm very excited about loosing weight. I'm way too heavy and it's embarrassing and it hinders me. I want to travel and go places, do things, see things. My brother, Justin, proposed to Shannon (AKA Gus) on our trip and I REFUSE to be uncomfortable and heavy for the wedding. I have a year- I think. That is what I understood from them. I'm the Matron of Honor, too. I can't look like I'm about to eat the rest of the bridal party (or like I ate one before I got to the wedding). Do you "diet"? I don't want to be on some strict DIET. I'm against things that restrict entire food groups because I don't think that is healthy. I believe in eating real foods that God gave us. I am going to try to eat smaller portions, more fruits and veggies, lean proteins, drink more water and exercise. NO MORE FRENCH FRIES! Also, do you take a vitamin or daily supplements of any kind? Do you know people who do? What do you take? I'm going to do some research on THESE. If you have any info on them, let me know! I don't know what else I should take besides Folic Acid. Thoughts? Buzz
It's all divorce and pregnancies with a wedding thrown in and Oscar de la Hoya having ANOTHER baby. So many woman are pregnant in Hollywood... Some should be delivering soon. Nicole, Christina...
Brendan Fraser and his wife, Afton, have split after nine years of marriage. They have three children: Griffin Arthur, Holden Fletcher and Leland Francis. 
Oscar de la Hoya and his wife welcomed their second child together, Nina Lauren Nenitte de la Hoya, Sunday in San Juan. They also have a son, Oscar Gabriel, aged two. Oscar also is the father of Shanna Moakler's eight-year-old, Atiana Cecilia de la Hoya and two other children, Jacob (9) and Devon (7) by two other woman. Devon's mother is former dancer Angelique Desbrow. 5 children- 4 mothers... 
Funnyman Jimmy Fallon,33, wed his producer fiance Nancy Juvonen,40 on December 22 on Necker Island. A statement from one of their people said "only close family and friends in attendance" at the wedding. Good for him. He's adorable.
Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn are divorcing after 11 years of marriage. They are the parents of 2 children: Hopper Jack, 14 and Dylan Frances, 16. It's rumored and reported by USWeekly that Sean Penn filed for divorce on December 7th then changed his mind and had it dismissed on the 18th. Three days later, Robin (Jenny! Forrest Gump!) filed. Four days before that (I know!) Sean was supposedly (allegedly) "seen dining with a very young, very attractive brunette at San Francisco's Cafe de la Presse." Really? A Celebrity Christmas Wedding
In Park City, Utah yesterday (Sunday) Katherine Heigl wed musician Josh Kelly in a small, 30-minute ceremony. T.R Knight (who was also a groomsman), Sandra Oh, Justin Chambers and Kate Walsh were all at the Stein Eriksen Lodge to watch as the Unitarian minister officiated. Katherine wore Oscar de la Renta and walked down the aisle to a song written by her fiancee (now husband). They exchanged vows they wrote themselves- awwwwww! A reception followed. 
My friend IRL and Diary reader, Sarah was married on December 15th! She just returned from her honeymoon and I am just so so so happy for her!! I have not gotten to speak with her yet so, no word on weather T.R Knight was there. ;) She was gorgeous, I'm sure and we'll see if she'd like to "guest post" and tell us all about the wedding. Congratulations Sarah and Jeremy!!! Love to you xoxox

Weekend Wedding (?)
Fox News received a tip that Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minillo will marry this weekend in "a secret ceremony at one of the Carlyle Hotels in the Bahamas." It's rumored that Vanessa and her "entourage" arrived there Friday afternoon.
(1) I don't like her. I don't think she's very nice, well mannered, classy, etc...
(2) I really really really want an entourage! Who wants to be in it?

Holiday Weekend Weddings
Two Hollywood couples were married yesterday in two different countries.
The first
Apprentice winner, Bill Rancic married Guiliana Dupandi. Guiliana has my DREAM JOB as an E! News co-anchor. The wedding was held in a church on the island of Capri. Guiliana is from Naples so the ceremony was said in both English and Italian. After a traditional Catholic mass wedding, buses took the guests to Capri's center piazza where Neopolitan dancers sang and danced around them as the bride and groom led the group to the reception at the Grand Hotel Quisiana. Guiliana wore a white, strapless and beaded Monique Lhuillier dress and veil designed especially for her.
Kate Walsh, formerly of
Grey's Anatomy, wed movie executive, Alex Young, last night. The wedding was held in Ojai Presbyterian Church in the town of Ojai north of Los Angeles. Kate also wore a custom Monique Lhuillier gown. Among the 100 guests were
Grey's co-stars, Katherine Hiegl (Izzie), Sara Ramirez (Callie), Chandra Wilson, (Miranda Bailey), and Justin Chambers (Alex). Also, Kate Beckinsale and her husband Len Wiseman. After the ceremony, a "lavish" reception was scheduled to follow at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa's Casa Elar, a Spanish-style estate where guests enjoyed a sit down dinner.
I was married on a holiday weekend- Memorial Day. I was NOT in Monique Lhuillier.

REBECCA ROMIJN and JERRY O'CONNELL were married on Saturday, July 14th at her ranch. She wore a Ralph Lauren gown & Neil Lane jewels. This is her 2nd marriage ('member she was married to Uncle Jessie?) and his 1st.
