Summer Maternity Dresses for Liza

Liza (who quit blogging) asked for my help in finding a summer maternity dress. She agreed to letting me post it here and get your opinions, too. It was fun for me! Liza needs a dress to wear for her brother's May wedding in Las Vegas. She told me that she wants to spend about $50, doesn't want anything too low cut or floral. With those things in mind, I went hunting. Some people do not believe in wearing black to a wedding. I tried to find other colors.

Lovin These!

So, this was fun! Read what this is all about here. Shoes are first!

I need these in black. I am definitely getting these. Maybe in the yellow, too.

I need a strap because I have a narrow heel. These are perfect! I love metallic. I think that I will get these, too.

I had a pair of these last year in a different color. I love them but I don't love the light color. It might grow on me. There is a pair in hot pink but they have skulls on them. I don't want skulls because 1) they are over (I think) 2) skulls are not summer-y to me.

This is something that I would like to be able to pack for the beach and wear. I don't know though because of my arms and shoulders. I love the look of it though.

This is so cute for the summer. I like that it has sleeves. I don't know if the sleeves are too long though- maybe so.

This Color! UPDATED 8/10/8

I want this color red.
And I love that Ralph Lauren dress.

*Well, aren't ya'll sweet for wanting to see a picture of me? My camera is acting crazy and every picture that Luke took is blurry. I never read the manual so I guess I need to get it out. The camera is in "green mode" and we don't know (a) what that is or (b) how to get rid of it. I'll get Lindsey to take some pics this week and I'll show you.

My hair is straight right now... or as straight as it gets. It's very insane. It's also in a ponytail. You will get a curly headed picture though. The color is super fly. It's a little darker than Debra's but FABULOUS. I love it.

No, Beth, sadly, I didn't get the dress. I'm both too poor and too big.

She is usually so so right on in her fashion choices. I think she is so elegant. I don't really like this on her. I love her hair.

Christina Ricci in Bottega Veneta at the Soiree du Trophee Chopard party. Wow, she looks so fantastic! I like the necklace, too.
Dita Von Teese at the same party as above. I LOVE this dress. I don't like the white stockings/tights or whatever, but the dress is fab. I cannot find who designed it.

The Summer of the Dress

I got his on sale today. I love it so much. This picture does not even begin to do it justice. It is colorful and flowy. It's a kimono-style dress. I want to wear it with a lot of bangles. It reminds me of one of my favorite girls. That bohemian chic thing is what I go for.

Not the Lady

I bought this dress. I really, really love it. I am in love with the MAXI DRESSES that are very "in" right now. (Click on the words MAXI & DRESSES to see some) and I found this one on sale.

Now I want to find all the plus sized flowy dresses and buy them. I want to wear only dresses everyday. I literally just decided this.
