I Can Eat It
Just wanted to let ya'll know that Kelli has started a public recipe blog called Can You Eat This? She has asked me (and some others) to be a contributor and I am very excited about it. I loooove to cook and I looooove to eat. Click on over for the introductions and the explanation of the blog name. Also, I just made this and OH MY LAWD it is fabulous. Blue and I are loving it. I altered it just a little by using some Guidry's Creole Seasoning instead of an onion (that is chopped yellow onion, bell pepper, garlic, celery, and parsley), regular Ro*tel and no jalapeno (because I didn't have one).
