Randy Pausch, Professor and author (and YouTube sensation), died Friday morning at his home. He was 47. He inspired me SO much I cannot even be adequate with words. I first saw him on Oprah maybe a while ago, but didn't think much of it. I cried, yes, but it didn't sink in. The message. Then, while I was getting off of my Klonopin and going through that difficulty, I saw a special on Randy and his family. Randy, his beliefs, thoughts and attitude reminded me of my Mama. He inspired me to push on, to be better, to do better. I fell in love with his sweet smile and the way he loved his wife and kids. After I saw the special, I had to show my mom. She ordered the book for all of us the next day! I know that he has touched so many people with his story and messages. If you have not seen the lecture or read the book, go now, you won't be sorry.
