Nicole's New Date

Nicole Richie's court date has been delayed until August 14th.
The possibly (probably) pregnant celebutant is being charged with a DUI after driving the WRONG way on a CA highway in December.

Her lawyer asked for the delay because the defense's key witness, a drug expert. Do you love it?? The guy is "traveling" or something. He is apparently supposed to "challenge the prosecutions evidence". Nicole ADMITTED to smoking weed and taking Vicodin.

So, is he going to prove that she's a liar? Ummmm????

Labels: Celebs, crazy, Nicole Richie
